“Having not been out on the bank for just over a year a friend suggested I start back by trying out these lakes he had discovered. So we set off on Saturday for a simple 24 hour session at Elton lakes”.
“I have to say I’m so glad we did. I had a fantastic welcome back to Fishing with five beautiful fish. This one at 14.lb 8 Ounces”.

Good Fishing on 21st May Congratulations to Chris Pearce who caught this fish Just shy of 19 1/2lb, on the top lake Congratulations and Sympathy to Mark Fenemore who caught his 22.5 lb PB, also on the top lake yesterday, but his new camera failed to work so he couldn’t save the evidence

First time here today! Myself and brother decided on a change from over in the welsh borders. Such a beautiful location …and easy too find! The owners welcome you and the amount off carp I could see was unreal on both lakes! I had a 13lb mirror and my brother landed 4 mixed! We did see some really nice 20,s and bigger! The only way too find out is too experience your time here! Will be back shortly

Andrew landed several carp including this great common during a recent evening session. Andrew popped down to Elton after work and caught some fine carp in the cold conditions.
Andrew cannot be 100% sure as he forgot his scales but he thinks that one of the three carp he caught was a 20lb common. He added ” … 3 fish I had in a short evening session from the specimen lake. The Carp are waking up”.
